Loki & Lucy’s Luxe Lapghan (Free Crochet Blanket Pattern)
First thing’s first, here are the adorable twins behind the name of this blanket 😉
Introduction
I’ll start this post by [shamefully] telling you that my twins turned 3 this past April and I’ve never made blankets for them! So I was browsing through my local Joann one day and came across all the beautiful colorways of Bernat Bundle Brights and immediately fell in love with these two in particular. They were both right next to each other and screamed my twins’ names at me!
Fast forward however many months later to when I told my mom about this yarn and how I wanted to make blankets for the twins with them. Well, when they were on sale she bought me some 😀
The twins fell in love with the yarn immediately also and every time I would tell them “Get off of my yarn, please” while I was working on them, they would say “That’s my yarn!”
If you’re still reading I just want to say thank you for visiting my blog for my very first post and pattern! This has been a long time coming for me. I’m excited to see where this journey can take me and I hope you stick along for the ride!
Here it is!
Materials:
5 balls (each blanket) Bernat Bundle Brights (I used the colorways Razzleberry and Superhero, both exclusive at Joann Stores)

For the pink bobble border:
3 balls Yarn Bee Soft and Sleek in Hot Pink
For the blue moss/crab border:
2 balls Crafter’s Secret in Cobalt Blue
Stitch index:
sl st-slip stitch
ch-chain
sc-single crochet
rsc-reverse single crochet (aka crab stitch)
dc-double crochet
BO-bobble (double crochet 4 together all in indicated stitch)
Notes:
-The body of both blankets are worked exactly the same
-The body of both blankets are worked with a single strand and both borders are worked with double strands of worsted weight yarn
